Azbayar Altanbulag has over 16 years of professional experience in energy sector, having served in both engineering and senior management roles within electricity distribution, transmission organizations. He holds Master’s degrees in Energy Engineering and Business Administration and is a Certified Consulting Engineer of Mongolia.

Dashzeveg Tsogoo has over 20 years of professional experience in the energy sector, having progressed through all levels of the energy sector—from electrical line technician to project engineer, electrical engineer, and executive director. He specializes in energy efficiency and energy performance and is a certified Energy Auditor. He holds a degree in Electrical Power Systems Engineering and advanced training in public administration.
