A TRAINING SEMINAR TITLED ‘DELIVERING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARENESS TO PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS’ WAS ORGANIZED.

In accordance with Order No. A/51 of the Minister of Energy, and within the framework of organizing a Social Impact Campaign, a training seminar entitled “Delivering Rational Energy Use to Primary School Students” was organized on December 25, 2025, for more than 100 primary education training managers from general education schools across the nine districts of the capital city.

The event was jointly organized in cooperation with the Capital City Education Department, with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

The training provided information on the implementation of the Energy Conservation Law, energy efficiency and conservation practices, and methodological recommendations for implementing the curriculum content of the subject “Energy Efficiency and Rational Use.” Participants were also introduced to topics related to integrating energy conservation and responsible consumption into the updated primary education curriculum. In addition, a presentation was delivered on the organization of the “Use Wisely, Save More – 2025” competition. 

Furthermore, as part of the training program, participants visited the project site of the Monnaran 10 MW Solar Power Plant developed by “Everyday Farm” LLC, where they were introduced to the operational principles of renewable energy systems. The visit provided practical knowledge and insights, making the training a productive and impactful event.
