Training for Engineers and Technical Staff of Licensed Entities

On June 16–17, 2025, the Energy Regulatory Commission is conducting a training program for engineers responsible for operations and planning, as well as economists, from licensed entities engaged in heat production, heat distribution, and regulated heat supply in rural areas. The training covers topics such as technological operations during utilization, operational calculations, methods for assessing technical and economic indicators, heat tariff determination, and energy efficiency practices.

A total of 42 engineers, technical and financial staff from 21 licensed entities in rural areas are participating in this training.

By strengthening the capacity of the staff of licensed entities, the training is expected to contribute to improving the technical and financial performance of local heat production and supply operations, enhancing the reliability of heat supply to consumers, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
