The purpose of this rule is to resolve by the Energy regulatory authority (hereinafter referred to as ERA) within its full authorization, complaints and disputes arisen between licensees, as well as complaints and disputes between licensees and consumers.

The purpose of this Rule is to regulate business relations established between energy sector licensees on electricity sale, purchase, import, transmission, distribution, supply and dispatching regulations, to determine the terms and conditions of agreements to be made between the parties, and to define level and quality of service, service fee payment conditions, rights, obligations of licensees in accordance with the Energy Law.

This rule shall be a subject to connect the Ulaanbaatar electricity distribution network with electricity equipment and facilities (hereinafter refers "Facility") in order to supply and obtain electricity by the individuals and the legal body.
