License of energy operation shall be regulated by the Law on Licensing of Business Activities, Energy Law, Renewable Energy Law, Energy Efficiency Law, Law on Stamp Duties, and “Regulation on business relations governing the licensing relationship”.

“Regulation on business relations governing the licensing relationship”, regulating the relations of the license specified in Article 12.1 of the Energy Law with regards to the issue of issuing licenses for energy activities, setting conditions, requirements, selection, extension, renewal, suspension, revocation and control was approved by the Resolution No. 181 of the ERC on 11 April 2019 and was registered on 22 April 2019 on the State Integrated Registry of Acts.
