“Consumer campaign-2023” organized by the Energy Regulatory Commission for the 6th year has been successfully taking place. As of February 10th, a total of 213 complaints were received and resolved during the 2-month campaign. Of these, 81 complaints were submitted regarding electricity and 132 complaints regarding domestic hot water and heat supply. The power quality, electricity supply and consumers billing were the common problems. In addition, Consumers can report the above-mentioned related problems to the ERC number:312313 and Government 11-11 center.
ERC officials had visited the place to get acquainted with the current situation and Supply license holders required to eliminate the breach of supplying heat and electricity for consumers to ensure the requirements. The supply license holders will report to the ERC by the 20th of this month regarding how they have eliminated breach.
They cooperated with the officials of Water Services regulatory commission on the urban water supply and sewerage services in the decision how they were resolved based on customer complaints.
In addition, “UBEDN” JSC submitted a request to take action in the framework of the common complaints of consumers related to the “UBEDN” JSC.
In the centralized heat supply system, there is no damage in transmission and distribution network failures. License holders that operate the heat distribution and supply have been working on the approved temperature graphic and without any issues.
