Citizen Batbold.M was presented with A Building Energy Certificate, which solved their consumption of electricity and heating by renewable energy. The house, designed and furnished with engineering solutions, is an energy-efficient building that provides 70 percent of its electricity and 40 percent of its heat with renewable energy.
        The building energy certificate is issued by an authorized building energy auditor and compulsorily issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission.
