International Consumers right day occurs on March 15th every year. For this year, celebrated under the name of “Smart Consumer, Clean Energy”, an event was jointly organized by the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCCP), Ministry of Energy (MOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Mongolian Center for Housing Innovation and Development. 

Continuing the event, the students and pupils of school and kindergarten celebrated the 23rd of this month as "Energy Saving Day", organized cognitive competitions suitable for children's age, and included children in classes to gain understanding and expand knowledge about energy saving, informed by the capital's education department.
