The Energy Regulatory Commission convened for its regular meeting, addressing various issues related to Licensees. The outcomes included decisions on updating, extending, amending, and canceling license conditions. 

The meeting specifically determined the percentage of electricity for own use and specific fuel consumption to be adhered to by companies such as "CHPP-2" SOJSC, "CHPP-3" SOJSC, "CHPP-4" SOJSC, "DCHPP" SOJSC, "ECHPP" SOJSC, "Erdenet Mining Corporation" SOE, "DzCHPP" SOJSC, and "DRES" SOJSC for 2024. 

Moreover, licenses for the construction in energy of "Tavantolgoi Power Plant" LLC and the unregulated supply of electricity by "Tavantolgoi Power" LLC were revoked during the session.  

The meeting also addressed administrative matters, including the appointment of the head of the Coordination Council of Umnugovi Province, a new part-time member, and the authorization of the Energy Efficiency Manager, all of which were discussed and approved.
